The calculators
Every calculator on NetPayDesk runs entirely in your web browser. The salary, hours and other figures you enter are used only to show your result on the page. They are never sent to us, saved, or shared with anyone, and they disappear when you close the tab.
How we measure traffic
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit and which calculators are popular, so we can improve the site. Analytics only runs if you accept cookies on the banner shown when you first visit — if you decline, or ignore it, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. When enabled, it collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (from a truncated IP address — your full IP is not stored), device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this only in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga) to tell returning visits apart and measure traffic. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can also install Google's Analytics Opt-out add-on. If we add advertising in the future, ad providers may set their own cookies, and we will update this page and the consent choice before that happens.
Third parties
Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes the analytics data described above; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the pages and may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We also link out to official sources such as the IRS and SSA; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your data
Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we keep that message only to reply to you.
